weighday1

I'm not sure the lead up to Christmas is the best time to start a diet, but then the way I am looking at it is if I don't spend this time losing weight I will probably spend it putting on weight and enough is enough.

The past week has been quite hectic, we've been here and there Christmas shopping, we have eaten out (indian, pub, pasta) and had a takeaway (chinese) and managed to stay within our points. So I can't claim it's been the healthiest week ever, but at the moment that's not what I am aiming for. It's a start. Tonight I am cooking for the first time in several days, if it defrosts in time we are having mince surprise. The surprise will be what I decide to make with the mince.

Monday was weighing day, and I lost 5lbs. 5.25 lbs if I was being pedantic, but I'm not, and so I won't mention that. I am really pleased.
